Many people who start looking at ways to make extra money are really looking for a way to leave their day job. That may be possible for some folks, but for most of us, it equates to a way to make some extra cash. Yeah, I know the idea of "extra" cash is a fallacy cuz there ain't no such thing as EXTRA cash. There is only more, never extra!

However, let's look at the possibility of making extra cash as a supplement to your main income. While it may not be "extra", it certainly will be supplemental. There is a lot less pressure in this scenario and a different mindset as well.

The dream of leaving the rat race is one we all share I am sure. But there is the possibility of making extra money with an Internet business. This money could be used to pay bills with, purchase things needed or simply saved for emergencies. Everyone should have an "Uh oh!" fund for when things don't go exactly as planned.

You can make extra money in any number of ways. Sell stuff on EBay or Craigslist, learn to trade foreign currencies or stocks, sell advertising space or do the old favorite affiliate marketing thing. Either way, you will make a decent amount of extra cash. The affiliate avenue is the best way to go for extra cash flow.

This is because it requires less attention and time to be spent tweaking and fine tuning. If you set up your affiliate links the right way, this could basically run on auto-pilot day and night. Imagine waking up in the morning and seeing that you earned $500 or $1000 while you were asleep! That is a nice chunk of extra cash, isn't it?

It is a very realistic and a global endeavor to make extra money. At any time of the day or night, anyone in the world can purchase your products or affiliate products. Your business can run 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year long from anywhere in the world in all time zones. The world is your storefront and you have potential clients the world round.

Now I believe that gives you a pretty clear picture of what can happen with this. So now you should think about what the extra money means to you personally. More time with the kids? More time with the wife? Take a dream vacation? Maybe buy a really nice automobile or larger home. Maybe add onto your present home.

Whatever your motivation, the drive to make extra money is a strong one for most of us. They say that money is the root of all evil, but it is also the source of the things we need to survive. So making a little extra isn't all that strange, is it?

All it takes is determination, initiative effort and a good idea. If you feel drawn to it, you should follow. Make the most of making extra money online
